Pumpkin Spice Granola

I've been holding out on my recipe for pumpkin spice granola that I made last week  I don't think I can make it again though because I can't stop eating it... oops!

Recipe:

  • 4c oats
  • 1 cup golden raisins 
  • 1/2c carob chips
  • 3/4c raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2c raw cashews
  • 2tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2c melted coconut oil
  • 1/4c organic honey
  • 1tsp cinnamon 
  • 1tsp pumpkin spice

Combine all ingredients BUT raisins and carob chips in a large bowl. Spread out on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 275 degrees for 25-30 min. Stir around granola at 10 minutes so it cooks evenly. Once it’s cooled mix in carob chips and raisins!
